Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund however we can exchange or give you store credit off the next purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and Tag. In the case of swimwear the seal must be on the item and there is no returns on underwear for hygiene purposes.
Items bought on sale, will be exchange only.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received, we will send you an automatic text to notify you that we have received your returned item. Most of our customers usually have an item on the hold rail to exchange for their return and we will process this and be in touch if there is a balance owed. We also offer store credit
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
Usually there is often some processing time before a refund is issued to your account but it should take 3-5 Working Days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded with proof of purchase. Sale items cannot be refunded they are exchange only.
We are happy to offer exchanges, after all we want you to find something that suits! We also offer store credit to have off your next purchase.
To return your product, you can post your return to Unit 30, Gorey Business Park, Gorey Co. Wexford, Y25VY90.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are local to us, we provide two security boxes outside for you to drop them into. If you ring us when you are dropping off we will provide a code for you to do so and be in touch.
